The room at Marina Inn was really clean and cozy, making it feel welcoming right away. I loved the comfy bed. it was perfect for a good night's sleep before my early ferry trip. The staff impressed me with their friendliness. They even reached out before check-in to confirm my credit card details, which showed great attention to detail. I appreciated the cookies available in the evening—such a nice touch! However, I found the breakfast choices a bit limited. it could use more variety to enhance the morning experience. Also, the only access to the upper floors is via stairs, which might be challenging for some guests. Overall, my stay was quiet and enjoyable, but I hope they expand those breakfast options next time.

Friendly and responsive staff enhance the experience at this impeccably clean lodging. The large TVs and comfortable beds in the rooms add to the overall appeal. Enjoyable local dining options were within walking distance, and the lovely city park nearby was perfect for morning strolls. However, the lack of an on-site restaurant and minimal amenities might be a downside for some travelers.

great access to parks and downtown attractions for weekend strolls
During my stay, I appreciated the comfortable room and the early continental breakfast that allowed me to fuel up before heading out to explore the sights, even catching some beautiful landscapes at Seafarers Memorial Park just about 2 km away. also, the nearby Tommy Thompson Trail was perfect for a leisurely walk, offering stunning views of the water and nature. Just a heads up, the doors did make a bit of noise when closing, but it didn't really bother me since I love walking around and was out exploring most of the time.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, perfect for our large family. The room was spotless and featured a microwave and fridge, which made our meals easier. Exploring the area was a breeze, and there’s plenty of outdoor fun like kayaking nearby. We especially enjoyed the cookies in the lobby!
My kids wished for more breakfast options, as it was a bit limited. A fresh fruit selection would have been a nice touch for families.

Consider requesting a first-floor room to avoid potential noise from neighbors above, especially if you're a light sleeper.
